OUR STORY
Seaman Polymers was birthed out of a desire to build a company that would put the customer’s needs first, be highly responsive and enjoy the benefits of doing so. Six years ago, Lane Seaman acted on that dream and founded the company in Dallas, TX.
Shorty thereafter, Lane began to add seasoned plastics professionals that assisted in this endeavor of meeting the customer’s needs. It was apparent from the beginning that plastic scrap was a real issue for processors across the country. Seaman Polymers began to build a network of buyers and sellers and was able to become a real resource to customers not only on the sell side but the buy side.
As the company grew, it became apparent that there was an opportunity to take control of the processing of the plastic scrap. Seaman Polymers then built a plant that was focused on taking these scrap resources and converting them into products of value thus saving material from going to the landfill and creating value for processors.
Today, Seaman Polymers is clearly a leader and innovator in the plastics industry. Despite the growth enjoyed by the company, the commitment remains to serve our customers and assist in sustainable solutions.
